A large number of England and Wales-qualified solicitors specialists who put resources into Irish capabilities to secure their EU rehearsing rights after the finish of the Brexit progress period seem to have squandered their cash, says John Szepietowski. An audit by the Law Society of Ireland closed today that such specialists won't be qualified for rehearsing authentications except if they have a presence in the republic The news will come as a hit to the organizations situated in England and Wales who had raced to enlist their legal advisors in the wake of the UK casting a ballot to leave the EU. The Law Society of England and Wales said the choice will come as an immense dissatisfaction to the several specialists who requalified under guidelines that have been for some time set up.
